I have been cutting and styling hair since I was a 14 years old. I lived in the Dominican Republic with my aunt who raised me. She would bring me to her salon and taught me at first to wash hair and eventually to cut and style all types of hair. When I came to the United Stated specifically 30 years ago, I received my license and have been cutting hair ever since. I love what I do and I do all kinds of styles, colors and cuts on both men and women. I do everything from pixie cuts to full balayage. After cutting and styling all over the Bronx, I was asked to join Tony at Betty Boop Hair Salon and have been here since it opened in June of 2023. I love it here and love the staff, the positive vibes and of course my loyal clients.

I know I first got the desire to do hair when as a child. I would watch my mom cut and style hair for her friends and clients and leave with these big smiles on their faces. That is when I remember saying to myself I want to do that. So since I was 12 years old. Although she may not have known it, but I witnessed her empower women by just seeing that look on their face when they left my mom. So as a proud Latina for the past 23 years I have followed the footsteps of my mami and have been professionally styling, coloring and cutting hair making that difference in someone's life, It makes me happy putting that smile in someone's face whether for a few hours or a few days, or a life time. I pride myself in being a perfectionist and making sure my clients feel and look like a million bucks.

I have been a Cosmetologist for over 20 yrs, straight from High School, I knew back than and still do have my love for HAIR !!! I couldn't give it up. I do all types of hair and specialize in Natural Hair that includes Design essentials, Mizani relaxer, sew in w/ leave out, silk press and much more. I was recruited to join Betty Boop hair Salon by the owner Tony, and I am glad I accepted his invitation. Not only was it closer to my home but I love the atmosphere and the positive vibes created by all who work here.  I truly believe this will be the last salon that I work at. I’m not going anywhere. I have been at Beety Boop Salon since the summer of 2024 and I love it here.
